Yieldly is operated by Googly, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yieldly mobile application, which uses email-based One-Time Password (OTP) authentication.

Googly, LLC operates multiple applications. These Terms apply only to Yieldly. Other Googly apps may have separate terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yieldly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Description of Service

Yieldly provides secure account access through email-based OTP authentication. Yieldly does not collect or store personal data beyond your email address and does not provide portfolio storage or financial advisory services.

Eligibility & Account

You must provide a valid email address to receive OTP codes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email account and OTPs.
You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Permitted Use

Use Yieldly only for lawful purposes and as intended.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app.
Do not misuse the OTP system or attempt unauthorized access.

Data Practices

Yieldly processes only your email address for OTP authentication. We do not use your email for marketing, analytics, or any secondary purposes.

Third-Party Services

Authentication is handled through Supabase's secure OTP system, which processes your email solely to deliver login codes.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your email during authentication. No method of digital transmission is completely secure.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Yieldly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Googly, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Yieldly.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Yieldly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
