Welcome to PlayFair, operated by Googly, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PlayFair mobile application.

⚽ Sideline Coaching & Athletic Safety Disclaimer PlayFair provides timing assistance, rotation scheduling, and substitution suggestions for informational and coaching convenience only. The coach, referee, and match officials remain solely responsible for player hydration, safety, injury management, and compliance with league rules.

By downloading, installing, or using PlayFair, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

1. License to Use the Application

Googly, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PlayFair on compatible iOS and Android devices for personal, youth team, or recreational soccer management. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, or commercially sublicense the software.

2. Athletic Safety and Coach Discretion

Administrative Assistant Only: PlayFair is an administrative tool designed to help track playing time balance and lineup shifts.
Not a Health Monitor: Fatigue indicators and rotation suggestions are algorithmic approximations based on manual coach timers, not physiological medical monitors.
Coach Discretion: Coaches must always prioritize player health, hydration, concussion protocols, weather emergencies, and referee authority above any software suggestion.
League Rules: You are responsible for complying with the bylaws and substitution regulations of your respective sports associations (e.g. US Youth Soccer, AYSO, IFAB).

3. User Responsibilities & Roster Content

You are solely responsible for player information entered into the application. You represent that you have appropriate permission from parents, guardians, or league administrators to maintain local team roster records on your device.

4. Intellectual Property

PlayFair, including its software code, UI design, graphics, custom pitch visualizer, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Googly, LLC. All rights are reserved.

5. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded PlayFair from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that:

These Terms are between you and Googly, LLC only, not Apple Inc.
Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for PlayFair.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them upon your acceptance.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

PLAYFAIR IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOGLY, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR INJURIES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APPLICATION OR SIDELINE MATCH PLAY.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
