You can try TutorTrail without an account: tap "Try it now" on the sign-in screen to use the app as a guest. When you're ready, use "Create account" (from the menu or Profile) to link an email and keep your data permanently. Otherwise, sign in with your email and we'll send you a one-time code—no password needed.
Enter your email and tap to receive a one-time code. Check your email, enter the 6-digit code in the app, and you're signed in. We don't use passwords.
Guest mode lets you use the app without an email. Your data (students, lessons, progress, etc.) is stored on your account. When you're ready, use "Create account" to add an email—your existing data stays linked to that account so you don't lose anything.
Check your spam or junk folder. Codes are sent immediately. If you still don't see it, request a new code (you may need to wait a short time between requests). Make sure the email address is correct.
From the app menu, open Students to add and edit students. Open Lessons to schedule lessons (pick a student, date, time, duration). You can mark lessons completed or cancelled and open a session to add notes and progress entries.
Under Skills, create skills (e.g. by subject). During or after a lesson, open the session view to add progress entries: choose a skill and set level before/after. You can also add progress from the Progress screen. View progress over time in the Progress chart.
Open Assignments to see all homework. You can add an assignment from the list (choose student, title, due date) or from a lesson. Filter by student and mark assignments complete when done.
Open the app, go to Profile, and use "Delete account" (or "Delete guest workspace" if you're still a guest). Confirm as requested. Your account and all data (students, lessons, skills, progress, homework, notes) will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
